Rally Booking is currently closed, clubs will be informed when booking opens via email. Adequate time will be allowed for booking so do not fret you will be able to come on Rally. If booking has not opened yet, why not take a look at the activities and the other information that has been published? If you are trying to book after the event then for obvious reasons booking is closed. If you feel you have reached this message in error then please contact us. |

Payment
Full payment must be sent to confirm the booking and be received within 14 days of the booking being made. If payment has not been received after 14 days of the booking the booking will be deleted and the activity place will be made available to others.

Confirmation of booking will be shown via the online booking page. If you feel that there is an error in your booking please contact us.
Activity Changes
Changes to activities will not be permitted via the online booking system. If you require an activity change please contact us with an explanation as to why you need to change activity.
Indoor Accommodation
There is no indoor accommodation available on the site without a valid medical reason, these will only be available in extreme cases - please contact us.
Special Diets and Medical Conditions
If there any special dietary requirements and / or medical conditions that could affect you please ensure that these are recorded when you book so we can accommodate these needs prior to the event beginning.
Notification of dietary requirements and / or medical conditions at the start of the event can lead to embarrassment and the organisers accept no responsibility for being unable to provide suitable provisions at this late stage of notification.
